Followers of Voldemort, called death eaters, were the most feared people in society, before Harry Potter turned against the muggle world. after voldemort's destruction, most death eaters went out and lived normal lives, but some continued doing evil deeds, forming new groups with the same ideals.
After 50 years had passed since both Harry's and Voldemort's passing, a new group, called the Soul Suckers (named after Dementors, creatures that were under the control of this group.), arrived. Led by Harry Potter, it started as a group of slytherins but quickly grew to the outside world. They had the power and fear in society that the death eaters had once possessed, but there ideals were a bit different.
Unlike the death eaters, they believed that Wizards should rule muggles in whole, not just the pure-bloods ruling them. They went out and killed many muggles and wizards who opposed them, resulting in the forming of the group, the Red Bloods, (named after a superstition about witches blood.) a group of muggles sent out on a mission to get rid of magic.
After many years of battle, the groups power were mostly demolished, but a few strands were left, each searching constantly for an unsuspecting victem.
Although the majority of both these groups were eliminated, they are both still major problems in the world. It is said that both groups are located somewhere near Hogwarts grounds...
